Journey of Dr Ketan Talsaniya:
Dr. Ketan Talsaniya’s journey is a story of determination and conviction. It’s about how a person from humble beginnings with limited means and exposure, has become a prominent name in Paranormal Vaastu in India and abroad.
He was born in Dhandhuka Taluka about 100 kilometers from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in a middle-class family. His father was a government servant and mother a housewife. His parents wanted him to study and get a good job. Dr. Ketan went on to become an electronics engineer.
The saying, “One line in a book can change your life,” proved true in his life. An instance that occurred when he was eight years old, left an indelible impression on him. It was the festival of Holi and they were celebrating it by burning the pyre. An elderly woman was carrying food in a vessel. The children, one of whom was Dr. Ketan, approached the lady and asked for some food. Indian culture has always been about sharing and giving. We view children as the representatives of God. However, the lady had something other than this charitable belief on her mind.
She humiliated the children and hurt them with her rude comments. Dr. Ketan felt that he was treated in this manner because he came from such a humble background. Right then, he resolved to create an identity of his own. He decided that he would achieve great heights where people will come to him for guidance and help. However, the big question was, what would he do to become great?
Napoleon Hill said, “Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire.” Dr. Ketan kept alive his desire to achieve greatness. Even after he became an engineer, his desire for greatness continued. Yet, he still had no idea how he was going to achieve it.
One of the qualities of an engineer is having an analytical mind. Dr. Ketan was curious about knowing new things. He came in touch with a person who read books on Astrology and Vaastu. He became curious about these subjects. No one in his family ever had anything to do with the occult sciences. As he explored the subject, his interested deepened. He started analysing the daily events in his life in terms of Astrology and Vaastu.
Why did that person speak to me in a rude manner?
What were the planetary positions due to which these things happened?
When he visited someone’s house, other questions came to his mind. Why is this family having financial or health problems?
He looked for answers to these questions in Astrology and Vaastu. The more he read, the more involved he became. He always felt that there was a super power or a guiding force, indicating things to him.
There are times when the property is Vaastu-compliant, but the residents of that property are having financial, personal or health problems. He began his research into these matters.
What is wrong and where?
At this point in time, he came across Paranormal Vaastu. He undertook extensive research on industrial and residential properties and wrote a thesis on ” An effect of Paranormal Activities in Vastu, and he received the degree of Doctorate in Vaastu Science.
He is an inventor of Paranormal Vaastu.
After that, there was no stopping to him.

डॉ केतन तलसानिया की जीवन कहानी । एक प्रेरणादायक व्यक्तित्व । विश्व विक्रम धारक ।
डॉ. केतन तलसाणीया की यात्रा निश्र्चय और दृढ संकल्प सहित विश्वास और बुलंद होसले की कथा है । उनका नाम किस प्रकार से मर्यादित माध्यमों और सम्पर्क रहित नम्र शुरूआत से भारत व विदेशों में प्रतिष्ठित अग्रेसर बन गया है इसके बारे में है ।
उनका जन्म अहमदाबाद के धंधुका तहसील के एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार में हुआ था । उनके पिता सरकारी कर्मचारी थे । उनके माता-पिता चाहते थी कि वे पढ़े और अच्छी नौकरी प्राप्त करें । डॉ. केतन इलेक्ट्रोनिक इन्जिनियर बन गए ।
“पुस्तक की एक पंक्ति आपका जीवन बदल सकती है। ” यह कहावत उनके जीवन में सच में सिद्ध हुई । वे आढ वर्ष के थे तब एक प्रसंग उनके पर छाप छोड़ गया । होली के त्योहार का दिन था । वे होलिका दहन का उत्सव मना रहे थे । एक वृद्धा बर्तन में से खाद्य पदार्थ बाँट रही थी । वहां बच्चे जिसमें डॉ. केतन भी वे महिला के पास पहुँचे और कुछ खाना मांगा । भारतीय संस्कृति हंमेशा बाँटने में मानती है । हम बच्चों को भगवान के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में देखते है । यद्यपि उस महिला के दिमाग में एसी उदार मान्यता के सिवा कुछ अलग सा था ।उसने बच्चों को असभ्य टिप्पणीयों से अपमानित किया और उनको ठेस पहुँचाई । डॉ.. केतन को एसा लगा कि वे नम्र पृष्ठ भूमि से आए थे फिरभी उनके साथ एस प्रकार का वर्ताव किया गया था। तब उन्होंने एक पहचान बनाने का संकल्प किया । उन्होंने यह तय कर लिया कि उन्हें स्वयं की एक पहचान बनानी है और इसके लिए संकल्प किया कि मैं यह अपमान का बदला सम्मान प्राप्त कर के लुंगा, उन्हों ने यह भी तय किया कि वे महान उँचाई हांसिल करेंगे जहाँ लोग उनके पास मार्गदर्शन और मदद प्राप्त करने आयेंगे । लेकिन एक बड़ा प्रश्न यह था कि महान बनने के लिए वे क्या करेंगे ?
नेपोलियन हिल्स ने कहा है कि “इच्छा वह सभी सिध्धियों का प्रारंभ-बिंदु है, आशा नहीं, परंतु आतुर धडकने तो है ।” डॉ. केतन महानता प्राप्त करने की आशा जीवंत रखते है । इन्जिनियर बनने के बाद भी उनकी महानता प्राप्त करने की इच्छा जाग्रत रही । वे अब भी नहीं जान पाये थे कि वे किस प्रकार इसे पा सकेंगे ।
इन्जिनयर के गुणों में भी एक विश्लेषणात्मक मन भी होता है । ड़ॉ. केतन को नयी चीजें जानने की उत्सुकता रहती थी । वे एक एसे व्यक्ति के सम्पर्क में आए कि जो ज्योतिष एवं वास्तु के पुस्तक पढ़ते थे । इस विषय के बारे में भी वे उत्सुक बने । उनके परिवार में से कभी कोई को ज्योतिष विज्ञान के साथ कुछ लेना-देना नहीं था । जब जब उन्होंने इस विषय के बारे में खोज की तब तब उनकी रुचि बढ़ती गई । उन्होंने ज्योतिष शास्त्र और वास्तु की दृष्टि से अपने जीवन की दैनिक घटनाओं का विश्लेषण किया ।
जब वे किसी के घर मुलाकात लेते तब उनके दिमाग में अन्य प्रश्न खडे होते थे । इस परिवार को आर्थिक अथवा स्वास्थ्य समस्याए क्यों है ?
उन्होंने ज्योतिषशास्त्र और वास्तु में इन प्रश्नों के उत्तर खोजे । उन्हे एसा महसूस होता था कि कोई सुपर पावर अथवा मार्गदर्शक शक्ति है जो उसके लिए मुझे सुचित किया करती है ।
एक एसा समय भी होता है कि जब संपत्ति वास्तु से सुसंगत होने पर भी यहाँ रहनेवालों को आर्थिक, निजी अथवा स्वास्थ्य समस्याए आती है । इन बाबतों के बारे में उन्होंने संशोधन प्रारंभ किया ।
क्या गलती है और कहां है ?
मेरे अनुभवों से या ज्ञात हुआ है की अधिकृत घरो के स्पंदन विविध कारणों से नकारात्मक होते है | प्रभावित घर अथवा वास्तु की शुद्धि के लिए क्या किया जा सकता है ? ये नकारात्मक शक्तिया घर को प्रभावित कर सकती है | घर को प्रभावीत कर ने वाली अनिष्ट सक्तिया घर में रह ने वाले को निरंतर कस्ट देते रहते है | इस लिए यह आवश्यक है की घर के लक्षणों को पहचान के जो समस्या है उसका उपाय कर सके ।
इस समय वे एक पेरानोर्मल वास्तु के निर्माण पर पहुँचे । वे औद्योगिक और आवासीय संपत्ति पर विस्तृत संशोधन कार्य करने लगे । उन्होंने इस पर एक थिसिस लिखि । इस विषय में डॉक्टरेट पूर्ण करनेवाले विश्व में एक मात्र व्यक्ति होने के कारण पेरानोर्मल प्रवृत्ति में वास्तु विज्ञान में ड़ॉक्टरेट प्राप्त करनेवाले प्रथम भारतीय के रूप में विश्वविक्रम धारक बन गये है ।
डॉ केतन तलसानिया अब पैरानॉर्मल वास्तु के शोधकर्ता बन गये।
इसके बाद उन्हें रोकनेवाला कोई नहीं था ।

सभी स्वस्थ और निरोगी रहे । सभी के घर और अपने सदा सुरक्षित रहे ।

ડૉ.કેતન તલસાનીયાની યાત્રા નિશ્ચય અને અડગ સંકલ્પ સાથે વિશ્વાસ અને ઊંચી હિંમતની વાર્તા છે. તેમનું નામ મર્યાદિત માધ્યમ, સંપર્ક અને સહાય વિના નમ્ર શરૂઆત સાથે તેઓ ભારત અને વિદેશમાં પ્રતિષ્ઠિત બની ગયું છે. તે વિશે છે.
તેઓનો જન્મ અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાના ધંધુકા માં મધ્યમ વર્ગના પરિવારમાં થયો હતો.
તથા પિતાની નોકરી ધ્રાંગધ્રા મા તથા ત્યાંના વતની હોવાના કારણે ધ્રાંગધ્રામા ભણી ગણીને ડો કેતન ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક એન્જિનિયર બન્યા.
હાલ તેઓનુ કાર્યક્ષેત્ર અને નિવાસ, અમદાવાદ અને સુરેંદ્રનગર મા સંયુકત રીતે છે.
પણ જીવન માં કંઈક અલગ અને નવુ કરવું, તથા સમાજ ઉપયોગી કાર્ય, દેશ સેવા જેવા નેક ઉદ્દેશથી વાસ્તુ શાસ્ત્ર જેવા ભારતના પ્રાચીન વિજ્ઞાનના વિષયો પ્રત્યે રુચિ જાગી, અને તેમા રસ હોવાના કારણે ભણી ગણી, સંશોધન કરી છેલ્લા ૨૦ વર્ષથી આ વિષયોમા વાસ્તુ સલાહકાર તરિકે વ્યવસાયમાં અને સેવાકિય પ્રવુત્તિ થકી દેશ વિદેશમાં પ્રસિદ્ધિ મેળવી છે.
તેઓ વાસ્તુશાસ્ત્ર, જ્યોતિષ વિદ્યા વગેરેના વર્ગો થકી, ભારતિય સંસ્કૃતિ અને પ્રાચીન વિદ્યાના પ્રચાર, પ્રસાર હેતુ લોકો ને ભણાવી રહ્યા છે. તથા આ વિષયો ના માર્ગદર્શક બની ને લોકો ને આ વિષયોમા ડૉકટરેટ ની પદવી પણ અપાવી છે.

“પુસ્તકની એક પંક્તિ તમારું જીવન બદલી શકે છે.” આ કહેવત તેમના જીવનમાં સાચી સાબિત થઈ. જ્યારે તે આઠ વર્ષના હતા, ત્યારે એક ઘટના તેના પર છાપ છોડી ગઈ. તે હોળીનો તહેવારનો દિવસ હતો. તેઓ હોલિકા દહનની ઉજવણી કરી રહ્યા હતા. એક વૃદ્ધ મહિલા વાસણમાંથી ખાદ્ય વસ્તુઓનું વિતરણ કરી રહી હતી. ત્યાં બાળકો જેમાં ડો કેતન પણ મહિલા પાસે પહોંચી ગયા અને થોડુંક ખાવાનુ માંગ્યું. ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિ હંમેશાં વહેંચીને ખાવામાં વિશ્વાસ કરે છે. આપણે બાળકોને ભગવાનના પ્રતિનિધિઓ તરીકે જોતા હોઈએ છીએ. તેમ છતાં સ્ત્રીના મનમાં કંઇક જુદું હતું, સિવાય કે ઉદાર માનવતા. તેણીએ અસભ્ય શબ્દો થી બાળકોને અપમાનિત કર્યા અને તેમને નુકસાન પહોંચાડ્યું. ડો.કેતનને લાગ્યું કે તે નમ્રતાથી અને ધીરજ થી આવ્યા છે, તેમ છતાં તેની સાથે આવા પ્રકારનુ વતૅન કેમ કરવામાં આવ્યું? પછી તેણે પોતાની આગવી ઓળખ બનાવવાનો સંકલ્પ કર્યો. તેઓએ નક્કી કર્યું કે તેઓએ પોતાની એક ઓળખ સ્થાપિત કરવાની છે અને સંકલ્પ કર્યો કે હું આ અપમાન ને સન્માન મા પરિવર્તિત કરીશ. તેઓએ ઍ પણ નિર્ણય કર્યો કે તેઓ ઊંચાઈ હાંસલ કરશે જ્યાંથી તેઓ લોકોને માર્ગદર્શન અને મદદ કરી શકે. પરંતુ એક મોટો પ્રશ્ન એ હતો કે તેઓ મહાન બનવા માટે શું કરે?
નેપોલિયન હિલ્સે કહ્યું છે કે “ઇચ્છા એ બધી સિદ્ધિઓનુ પ્રારંભ બિંદુ છે, આશા નહીં, પણ દિલ ના ધબકારા તો છે ડો.કેતન મહાનતા પ્રાપ્ત કરવાની તેમની આશાને જીવંત રાખે છે. એન્જિનિયર બન્યા પછી પણ તેમની મહાનતા પ્રાપ્ત કરવાની ઇચ્છા જાગૃત રહી. તેઓ હજી પણ જાણતા ન હતા કે તેઓ તેને કેવી રીતે મેળવી શકશે.
એન્જિનિયર ના ગુણોમાં વિશેષ કરવાનું મન પણ હોય છે. ડો. કેતન ને નવી વસ્તુઓ જાણવાની આતુરતા હતી. તેઓ એવા વ્યક્તિના સંપર્કમાં આવ્યા જે જ્યોતિષ શાસ્ત્ર અને વાસ્તુ ના પુસ્તકો વાંચતા હતા. તેઓને પણ આ વિષય વિશે ઉત્સુકતા થઈ ગઈ. તેમના કુટુંબમાંથી કોઈને પણ ક્યારેય જ્યોતિષ શાસ્ત્ર સાથે કંઈ લેવાદેવા નહોતા. જ્યારે તેમને આ વિષય સમજતા ગયા તેમ તેમ એમની રુચિ વધતી ગઈ. તેમણે તેમના જીવનની રોજની ઘટનાઓનું વિશ્લેષણ જ્યોતિષશાસ્ત્ર અને વાસ્તુ સાથે કરવા લાગ્યા.
જ્યારે તે કોઈના ઘરે મળવા જતા ત્યારે તેના મગજમાં બીજા ધણા પ્રશ્નો ઉભા થતા. આ પરિવારને આર્થિક અથવા આરોગ્યની સમસ્યાઓ શા માટે છે?
તેમને આ પ્રશ્નોના જવાબો જ્યોતિષશાસ્ત્ર અને વાસ્તુમાં શોધવા લાગ્યા તેમને એવુ લાગ્યું કે એવી કોઈ સુપર પાવર અથવા ગાઇડિંગ પાવર છે જે મને તેના વિશે માહિતગાર કરે છે.
એક સમય એવો પણ આવે છે કે અહીં રહેનાર વ્યક્તિ થોડી આર્થિક, માનસિક અથવા સ્વાસ્થ્યની સમસ્યાઓનો સામનો કરે છે, ભલે તે મિલકત વાસ્તુ સાથે સુસંગત હોય. તેમણે આ બાબતોમાં સંશોધન શરૂ કર્યુ.
શું ખોટું છે અને ક્યાં?
તે મારા અનુભવોથી જાણી શકાયું કે વધારે પડતા મકાનોનાં સ્પંદનો નકારાત્મક હોય છે. અસરગ્રસ્ત ઘર અથવા વાસ્તુને શુદ્ધ કરવા માટે શું કરી શકાય છે? આ નકારાત્મક શક્તિઓ ઘરને અસર કરી શકે છે. દુષ્ટ શક્તિઓ કે તે ઘરમાં રહેતા વ્યક્તિને સતત કષ્ટ આપે છે તેથી એ જરૂરી છે કે ઘરના લક્ષણોને ઓળખવા અને સમસ્યાનું નિવારણ કરવું.
આ સમયે તે પેરાનોર્મલ વાસ્તુ ના નિર્માણ સુધી પહોંચ્યા. તેઓએ ઓદ્યોગિક અને રહેણાંક સંપત્તિ પર વિસ્તૃત સંશોધન કરી ને ફેરફાર કરવા નુ કાર્ય હાથ ધર્યું. તેણે તેના પર એક મહાલેખ લખ્યો. આ વિષયમાં ડોક્ટરેટ ની પદવી પૂર્ણ કરનાર વિશ્વના એકમાત્ર વ્યક્તિ હોવાને કારણે, પેરાનોર્મલ વાસ્તુ વિજ્ઞાન માં ડોક્ટરની પદવી પ્રાપ્ત કરનાર પ્રથમ ભારતીય તરીકે વિશ્વવિક્રમ ધારક બની ગયા છે.
